We are looking for a good communicator with strong technical design skills to help coach our teams as we advance our system architecture.This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:


·Technical:Competent at analyzing unfamiliar code bases in order to provide technical advisement on bugs, security, and static analysis reports.


·Collaboration:Ability to work with peers to discuss and develop consensus on technical direction.


·Coaching:Strong interpersonal skills in order to develop relationships with and coach local and remote development teams.


·Accountability:This is a senior individual contributor position, with the expectation that you can own the tasks assigned to you with minimal supervision.


·Learning: A passion for discovering and understanding new technologies and techniques.

Required:


·10+ years of professional software engineering experience.


·Knowledge of software design principles, such as OOP, SOLID, ACID, design patterns, etc.


·Deep technical .NET experience, including C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET.


·Database and SQL development, including stored procedures.


·Web development (HTML/CSS/JS), including security mechanisms and common vulnerability vectors, such as XSS, XSRF, CORS, etc.


·Proven track record of building consensus of technology vision with multiple stakeholders.


·Experience coaching teams through technical issues.


·Familiar with feature-branch-based source-control methodologies.


·Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and written.


·Experience working in an independent, minimally-supervised context.



Preferred:


·Java experience, including Java 8 and JavaEE (JAX-WS, JAX-RS, JMS).


·Cloud and microservice development.


·CI and CD, build pipelines, and automated testing.
