We’re looking for a seasoned full-stack engineer to join our Los Angeles based studio. The right candidate will be equally skilled and passionate about development as they are about continuous integration and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
You will author efficient, secure, maintainable, and reusable code across our portfolio of clients, internal tools and applications. You will work directly with technical leadership to optimize our deployment pipeline. You will define and implement delivery workflows to ensure smooth builds and releases across local, test, and production environments. You will be the first engineer to start on new projects, laying the initial architecture and groundwork so the rest of the team can immediately become productive.
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience authoring full-stack web applications with Node, Python, or Go
- 5+ years experience with AWS including EC2, RDS, CloudFront, S3, and IAM
- 5+ years experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, Travis, Circle CI, or TeamCity
- Experience with Docker (or Kubernetes) for container management, and Vagrant for VM workflows
- Experience with agile software development
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with performance/bug/error monitoring and reporting services (Bugsnag, New Relic, CloudWatch)
- Experience with AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild and CodeDeploy
- Experience with React, Redux, and Webpack
