Team Lead Identity Management (m/f)
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Scope, design, and build Identity Access Management (IAM) solution
- Serve as a subject matter expert and solution architect for IAM solutions, including password management, SSO, federation, and authentication.
- Establish governance, policies, and requirements related to IAM functions
- Work closely with InfoSec and system owners to expand on IAM services to additional systems
- Execute against the eCG IAM's program roadmap
- Lead, coach and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers
- Improve agile development and continuous deployment process
- Foster continuous knowledge transfer in the team and across teams
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by evolving architecture and tech stack, code reviews, refactoring, standards and improving build and test systems
- Contribute to the team's work with high-quality, well-tested and scalable code
Your profile:
- Several years of experience as a senior/lead backend developer with deep knowledge of Java, Scala or Go
- Reasonable experience in project and team management
- Experience in implementing and supporting IAM technologies in a large, complex environment.
- Experience with Identity Management tools such as Microsoft Active Directory and AD FS, Oracle IAM, PING Identity, Okta, or other IAM solutions.
- Experience with PING or other multi-factor authentication methods
- Broad experience of current software development techniques and tools
- Passion for agile software development, product discovery and continuous delivery
- High aspiration for quality balanced with a good sense of pragmatism
- You understand quality assurance as a task of the entire team to build the best experience to the users
- Ability to thoroughly evaluate, employ and teach new technologies and concepts
- Effective oral and written English communication skills
