Your new role
The Senior Global Product Manager is responsible for all marketing aspects regarding select Surgical Tools and Instruments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medical Devices and a proven ability to work with multiple departments ensuring all products are properly marketed.

This position will be tasked with leading the overall development of product marketing plans by preparing objectives, strategies, tactics, profit and loss projections, including short and long-term strategies. They will also manage new product development marketing activities for specific products within their group. Finally you will prepare annual budget forecasts for the marketing functions while preparing a new commericalization launch

What you'll need to succeed

You'll need excellent oral/written communications and presentation skills along with strong interpersonal skills and coaching skills at the employee and management levels. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of marketing experience within the medical device, pharmaceutical or biological industries.

You will also need an up-to-date Medical Device product and industry knowledge along with experience getting first-hand customer information and using it for improvements (e.g. KOLs, market research, VOC).

The role will be based on site in the Princeton, New Jersey area and will require approximately 50% travel.
