- Proficiency java programming language
- Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
- Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
- Suitable candidate will participate in project planning sessions with project leads, business users and team members to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed IT solution.
Qualifications:
- Software development experience in Java and J2EE related technologies
- Must be a strong problem solver with passion for building technology solutions
- Experience with WebLogic and JMS is a must
- Ability to develop SOA, and across multiple tiers (presentation, business, and database)
- Experience with Spring Framework, Drools, BPM, REST WS, Hibernate, JSON, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, HTML, CSS,Ext JS and XML is desired
- Working experience in Agile, Lean Dev methodologies and test driven development
- Experience in navigating, editing files, and executing commands in a Linux/Unix environment
- Experience with debugging, profiling and performance tuning web, client and batch applications
- Strong knowledge of design patterns and their application
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and a dynamic environment
- Working proficiency in developmental toolsets and devOps tools
