You have experience in full stack development in PHP with expertise in Laravel (Symfony / Zend FW 2) frameworks OR a very deep level of competency in a modern web language i.e. Ruby, Python, Java, with a willingness to get your hands dirty if needed on other projects, along with JavaScript and HTML.
We are a small team that punches above our weight with a commitment to automation and process improvement. While we are new to Scrum, we are committed to making it work. You love collaborating with others in the development team, and helping to ship compelling products.
We know you're experienced, but some of the things we'd love you to have:
Advanced capabilities as a software developer, with minimum 3+ years experience using PHP / Ruby / Python/ Java, JavaScript (Angular JS / Angular 2)
Experience in responsive design and hybrid mobile apps using (NativeScript / ReactJS / Titanium) a big plus
Excellent communication skills a must, as this role includes some client contact
Experience working in a Scrum / Agile environment
Understanding of Cloud services and infrastructure - AWS and tools like Jenkins, Docker, Microservice architectures.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and people skills
