Vodafone - Development Manager
This role provides the cornerstone of Vodafone Australia's Digital Presence, encompassing the Care customer journey as well as the cloud and CI environments which support all of Digital. You will lead a diverse team of developers and be the key point of accountability for a range of technology platforms and services including the AWS platform.
The knowledge and experience requirements include:
- Proven leadership qualities gained from leading development teams
- Ability to set clear direction and manage complex, matrix organisations for aligned operations
- Strong hands-on technical problem solving skills (preferably Java or RoR development exp.)
- Advanced knowledge of Continuous Delivery practices with a solid background in software engineering encompassing agile engineering practices and continuous delivery
