Leading UX, UI, and IxD for a SaaS product that services businesses of different sizes, in different regions of the world, in different verticals and for different roles means we need someone who is an expert at all things branding, UX, UI and IxD to navigate the design team in the best direction.
SOME OF THE PROJECTS YOU WOULD BE WORKING ON ARE:
- Cutting-edge delivery dispatching systems to help large enterprises automate their entire dispatching process
- Refactoring existing web and mobile apps, and joining in the creation of new products and product lines
- Presentation of key metrics and reporting
- Real-time delivery tracking and mapping projects
- Creating and enforcing consistent brand assets and style guides
- User testing different flows and interactions throughout platform
SOME SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOUR JOB EASIER:
You’ll have a team for support, but we need someone who can lead across these areas. Please let us know your experience with the following, being strong in any of these areas will help you stand out:
- Developing brands from an early stage
- IxD for SaaS services and/or web based and mobile applications
- UX for SaaS services and/or web based and mobile applications
- Wireframing / User flows
- Prototyping
- UX research
- User testing
- Empathy
