We are looking for someone who can take care of our people first level needs regarding the hardware and software. You will be working in a highly technical environment where you can expect people to help you but also to challenge your choices. Be prepared to explain your choices and give visibility on how you want to proceed as well as on the progress.
You will work conjointly with the admin office, the sysadmin from the DevOps team and the security team.
You will be in charge of:
- local office facilities (printers, wifi, network basics)
- system monitoring
- credential management, Identity and Access Management
- inventory of resources, hardware management, license management
- first line support for office employees
Additionally, you will intervene to:
- tune WIFI access point for efficient roaming and identity management
- SSO and accounts management
- ensure that VoIP and Video Conferencing tools are correctly setup in each office
- propose improvements that could make the day to day collaboration more fun, more efficient or more secure
- Proficient problem-solving, troubleshooting, interpersonal, listening and speaking skills are required
- Exceptional verbal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and learn concepts at a quick pace
- Ability to work alone or with a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Fluent in english
