We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our existing team.
The ideal candidate:
- Must have previous experience developing Selenium based test automation solutions
- Must have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of test automation
- Strong understanding of the value of customer satisfaction and the passion to exceed expectations
- Previous experience with multiple SDLC approaches, QA methodologies, test strategies & procedures
- Organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail will be key attributes necessary to be successful in this position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
- Enjoy working as part of a team and have the ability to work individually
- Organizational skills with the capability of working towards tight deadlines
- A passion for technology
Duties and Accountabilities:
- Develops and implements test plans
- Performs release management duties
- Writes and maintains test automation scripts using Selenium
- Manually test site functionality
- Write up bugs using Jira software
- Develops quality assurance standards
- Develop & document test plans for project/release
- Helps validate the functionality of delivered code and verify that data inserts, updates, and deletes are accurate
- Create automated testing scripts
- Participate in development planning meetings
- Create testing reports to communicate results to management
- Perform a variety of tasks working under general supervision
