Frontend Developer - Game Framework at NetEnt (Stockholm, Sweden)

Who are we?

Our game teams create amazing games that brings pleasure and excitement to our players – this would not be possible without the tools & frameworks on which these games are built. We at Game Framework, pave the way for the games of tomorrow. We are visionaries creating the future of gaming!

What does life look like in a framework team?

Here’s probably how a typical day would look like – you start the day with a coffee, followed by your team’s stand up. Detailed design/tech discussions happen spontaneously anytime, anywhere (like a song sequence in a Bollywood film). You do lots of coding, write unit tests, do code reviews, participate in tech forums in the team and release awesome high quality software <insert more coffee and lunch somewhere in between>. Throughout the day, collaboration is a red thread, we solve tough problems together!

You are...

A team player who gets a kick out of creatively solving complex problems <wham> <pow>

A collaborative person who will never compromise on quality, always having a long-term view of the product in mind <no shortcuts>

A flexible person who enjoys challenges, curious and not afraid to ask questions <bring it on>

You are Interested to work hands on with the latest technologies. The technology stack you will work with mainly consists of JavaScript and frameworks such as React or Angular2, but since each team is free to choose the tools or technologies that best helps achieve their goals this can vary.

As an employee of NetEnt…

You will be part of a big international family with 60+ nationalities united by a strong NetEnt culture. Innovation is a big part of who we are – there is no other way to be a driver in the industry. You will have an awesome set of benefits – let’s talk about that when we meet!
