AtScale is on the lookout for a talented, versatile and ambitious Web Developer to help us build out and extend our online presence. You will be working with our Engineering, Design and Marketing teams to create a phenomenal experience on our site for prospects and customers alike. A successful Web Developer will have extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript, have experience working with Express and Node, and has a rough understanding of typical web-related concerns such as page load optimization, A/B split testing, SEO and SSL.
Responsibilities
- Building out a new site leveraging Express
- Implementing new content, developing new pages and features
- Improving our mobile experience
- Implementing designs provided by our Design team
- Familiar with interpreting web analytics and communicating findings to marketing
- Implementing split tests and conducting experiments
Qualifications
- 2+ years work experience working with Node & Javascript
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and mobile optimization
- Solid understanding of Git
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in the command line
- Interested in CSS animations
