We are seeking a Backend Developer to join our highly collaborative team and help us support our python backend and RESTful API which are built on Django and Django Rest Framework.
Position Details:
Works with the engineering team to specify, design, develop, code, test and implement solutions to support the Circulation framework Participates in standards for development and software selection, and makes application processing and design recommendations
Position Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of directly related work experience
- Proficient in python, with professional python development experience
- Experience with Django (required) and Django Rest Framework (desired)
- Comfort with version control and project process (Git and Agile preferred)
- Sharp, driven, strong communication skills
Experience in the following would put your resume on top of the pile:
- Development of RESTful APIs
- AWS/Ubuntu/RDS
- Docker
- Server configuration (Nginx preferred)
