ABOUT THE POSITION: A Technical Project Manager at Tallwave can manage 4 to 6 technical engagements simultaneously. This role requires a deep understanding of the entire lifecycle of web and App development projects, and a desire to maintain a sustainable software dev process with Product, Design, and Engineering. A Technical Project Manager at Tallwave must be able to perform effectively in each of these areas:
- Manage client work ensuring it’s in line with the client’s overall strategy, meeting their business goals, customer goals, and defined KPIs
- Drive requirements gathering and documentation (use cases, user stories, etc.)
- Produce Project Schedules to ensure stakeholders have visibility to important milestones
- Provide work direction and lead the project team, includes remote team members, in day-to-day prioritization & execution of the work
- Execute reporting to represent the health (scope, schedule, budget) of your projects
- React to project adjustments and alterations promptly and positively
- Manage systems and tools that contribute to project success
- In depth knowledge of capabilities and resources of the company. You aren’t a subject matter expert in everything we deliver but you know more than enough to be dangerous and take a SME’s place in a client meeting if needed
- Identify opportunities to add value to existing projects and promotes future projects
- You confidently present complex work on larger scale projects to internal teams and clients, able to intelligently defend and collaborate on those strategies and solutions in a room full of stakeholders
- Manage all financial aspects of a program, including cost-based estimating, ongoing budget to actuals management, identifying and managing scope creep (in partnership with the assigned Account Manager) and protecting final project margin
- In addition to managing project timelines and deliverables, you will be an integral part of inspiring the Project Management team as a whole, helping to develop and grow processes and keeping an active dialog with the team about new trends and tools within the industry

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree + 4 years min experience in Project Manager role, with at least 1 - 2 years client facing experience
- At least 3 years of experience with web and mobile app development projects.
- You have Project Management experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, or other marketing or consulting firms/agencies
