- At least 4+ years of experience building and developing amazing technology platforms with global reach
- You know how to delegate but also exactly when to roll your sleeves up, get your hands dirty and do it yourself

- You have a truly entrepreneurial attitude and thrive when thrown in the deep end of the pool – you love a good challenge

- Hands-on, full-stack (JS, NodeJS, DevOps etc) development
- Pull-request workflow with constructive code reviews
- Continuous integration / deployment
- Focus on visual and performance quality
- Identify areas of technical debt and recommend and prioritize solutions
- Work closely with UX/Design to ensure innovative and easy to use product
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
- Implementation of security and data protection
