Senior Software Developer Lead

Job Requirements:
- Solid hands-on experience developing web-based, distributed, or client-server applications using all or almost all of the following technologies: object-oriented analysis and design, .NET (C#, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, ASP.NET MVC, LINQ), SQL Server, XML, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, MVC design patterns.
 - Proficient in enterprise architecture, service-oriented architecture, and/or internet security.
 - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
 - Application development using .NET 4.6/C# with Visual Studio 2013/2015, IIS, and SQL Server 2014.
 - Assist both Software teams and Infrastructure teams tackle priorities together, and have knowledge of challenges this collaboration will experience.
 - Unit Testing savvy, and experience with unit test automation
 - Demonstrated partnership with all team members, and desires to see the TEAM succeed
 - Experience setting up and leading development Communities of Practice
 - Well versed in identifying and communicating impacts of technical debt.
