Responsibilities
- As our Middle Tier developer you will be part of a 4-5 person agile development team
- Your team currently develops and maintains our newly introduced middle tier in our pursuit to transform our technology stack into a multi tenant PAAS solution
- You will embrace developing within our CI/CD pipeline and have the opportunity to improve it
- Your code will efficiently process millions of customers bookings both in our own cloud and on premise installations
- You will work with your development lead, the front end team and product management team during the identification, development and implementation of the work involved
- You will work with our Quality Engineering Architect to make sure changes made are safe and assertable
Required Experience
- 1-3 years production Golang experience
- 5+ years backend/middle tier development experience
- 1+ years unit tests experience
- 1+ years of SQL experience
- Experience working within an Agile SDLC process
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Technical documentation skills
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
- Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Devops mentality is a PLUS
