- Have a voice in the architectural definition and implementation of various key technology pieces
- Translate business requirements into technical design specifications
- Participate in the product definition phase
- Partake in unit-testing for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability
- Utilize Github to create pull requests, review code and merge branches
- Collaborate with the team and participate in knowledge sharing
Skills & Requirements
Technical Requirements:
- Excellent skills and experience in some or all of following tech stacks:
- Strong working knowledge of Swift, latest iOS SDK and core iOS frameworks
- Knowledge of Relational (MySQL, PostGreSQL) and Non-Relational databases (NoSQL, MongoDB)
- In-depth understanding of auto-layout
- 4+ years of experience with iOS application development, Mobile development
- Developed integrations with RESTful APIs
- Passion for new web technologies
- Constantly on the quest for knowledge
- An expert linguist in other dev languages
- Experience with AWS and Cloud an asset
