Product & Team spirit
SpotMe, leader in mobile event solutions, is looking for talents in the engineering department, to support our shift from delivering more than a thousand events per year to building enterprise engagement platforms, such as talent management systems or clinical collaboration and engagement networks.
Over the past five years we have built a multi-tenant and offline-first platform that runs on nearly any platform and provides a solid core for delivering custom-tailored experiences to our customers without sacrificing security, performance or productivity. We are looking for smart, capable, solution-focused individuals to pursue the growth of our developer SDK, with the goal of opening it up to external developers in 2018.
Strongly believing in autonomy, direct responsibility & flat management, we are searching for result-oriented candidates willing to take decisions and implement them while paying utmost attention to details, quality, user-experience and reliability.
Role
The position will let you work on the both backend applications & our front-end management CMS, used by the internal team & Fortune 500 clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop new features of the SpotMe Backstage, our CMS
- Optimise user experience, streamline workflows, improve feedback and reporting
- Perform complete UI/UX re-design with ease of use, contextual aid in mind
- Work in cross-team projects on new & improving existing features
- Participate in brainstorming, specification and design sessions
- Maintain documentation, samples & best practices up to the highest standards
For the position we are looking for:
- Native JavaScript and CSS speaker, proficient in Angular & Node.js
- Experience with SQL & No-SQL databases is a plus
- Demonstrated success in designing and building complex web applications
- Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive, independent, completes tasks down to resolution
This position is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Relocation and visa support are provided.
