Lead Software Engineer at Basware (Iai, Romania)

as a Lead let's say about the team:

This team is handling e-document exchange solution, we are helping our client to automate invoices and e-supply documents flow.

In this Project main tasks is to maintained existing product and enhance same as per customer requirement

We are now looking for Lead Software Engineer to join our team.

to get the ball running you:

• Should understand various programming paradigms like Object Oriented Programming and Functional Programming; should have significant experience in creating complex systems


• Should help the team to write better code, more maintainable code


• Should create architecture diagrams for the new features


• Should do core reviews, trying to improve the code that the team produces


• Should do trainings with the team on topics like coding practices, refactoring, AWS technologies


• Should help the team implementing the new microservices process


• Should work on some of the most complex epics helping the team solve complex problems


• Should understand and should have experience with AWS TECHNOLOGIES like: S3, SNS, SQS, Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, etc


• Should understand very well Basware business

Also about Musts:

• Must have relevant experience from 4 year to 10 year


• Must have sound knowledge of Java technologies: Core java, Spring, Hibernate/Ibatics, Oracle database, linux


• Should be BE, BTeh, MTeh or MCA

Good to have knowledge:

• Mongo db, Node JS.


• Good communication and time management skills


• Foosball, Fifa and poker skills help in socializing, braking the walls and not only ;)
