- Propose, develop, implement and test state-of-the art mobile applications in support of situational awareness applications.

Required Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or closely related discipline
- 3-5 years of Java/Kotlin experience
- 3-5 years of development experience with the Android platform
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience using GIT/SVN
- Ability to articulate technology-specific challenges & critical issues, identify gaps, and find solutions
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK) and/or military experience in the US Army infantry, Special Forces or Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence (C3I).
- Dagger
- Experience using JIRA for problem tracking and resolution
- Familiarity with a Reactive-Streams libraries such as RxJava or Rx.Net
- Understanding of key networking concepts such as UDP, TCP, multicast, unicast, etc.
- Military training or experience (especially with the US Army and/or C3I)
