Webcast Producer at The BOSS Group (Kenilworth, NJ)

We are looking for a talented Webcast Producer for an ongoing contract opportunity. This Webcast Producer position is currently located in Kenilworth, NJ. 



Job Title: Webcast Producer

Location: Kenilworth, NJ with 50% travel to other local client sites

Type: Ongoing / On Site  / 30-40 hour a week




Webcast Producer Responsibilities:

• Support all webcasts at assigned sites from pre-production, production and post production


• Provide direction regarding scheduling and location staffing at a given site or off site venue


• Ensure that the assigned webcast is appropriately staffed, has sufficient technical resources in place and is error free


• Set up and operate webcasting equipment, including operation of the Accordant software platform


• Act as both the main client contact and technical contact for all webcasts assigned to a specific Producer


• Lead the webcast event team in performing camera operation (one to multiple), audio production (presenter, audience, teleconference, multi-language feeds etc.), video roll-ins, floor manager, encoding support and any additional production requirements based on project requirements


• Coordinate the distribution of the presentation slide deck as required for the event


• Troubleshoot and implement new software and upgrades into production environment


• Troubleshoot and provide minor repairs when needed


• Travel to other sites as needed to support webcasts

Webcast Producer Requirements:

• 3+ years in a Webcasting environment


• Command of modern webcasting production and streaming video equipment and processes


• Expert user of Microsoft PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, WebEx, Jabber, and MS Outlook


• Ability to interact with customers in a professional and pleasant manner


• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional and appropriate demeanor


• The ability to prioritize tasks and to carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision


• The ability to manage team members and delegate tasks as needed
