Responsibilities:
- Provides resolution for IT support tickets
- Configures and supports workstations for team members
- Microsoft Office 365
- Microsoft ERP Dynamics (Training will be provided)
- Setting UP Printers
- Install Various Off-the-Shelf Programs
- Works with team members in-person and remotely to evaluate and solve technical problems
- Follow up with end users to ensure complete resolution of issues
- Tests and troubleshoots issues, creates detailed reproduction steps for escalation
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person via phone, chat or email
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1+ years of technical support experience
- Strong computer and technical skills. Experience with Microsoft Windows, and data networks.
- Strong work ethic. Must always maintain a sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Ability to operate independently to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple incoming support requests at once.
- Excellent support etiquette, active listening, and customer empathy, both via phone and in-person.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent attendance record.
