We are seeking a product manager to drive the alignment of our partner’s needs with business solutions through technical integration. This hybrid role will be responsible for product ideation, roadmap prioritization and addressing client questions through integration. S/he will drive the execution of our partnership product sales roadmap, centered around technical product offers and best-fit solutions. Knowledge of technical solutions is key as s/he will collaborate with our top partners and liaison across our on-site sales, marketing, product and development teams. As a technical sales engineer, you will possess solid communication skills with the technical knowledge and aptitude to translate client needs into product definition, and ultimately manage the execution of product delivery and compliance with our B2B2C partners.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in sales calls and product/service solution meetings with our TPA partners
- Generate new product and integration ideas, and improve upon existing ones
- Assist our sales team and TPA partners with full-cycle tech integrations
- Partner cross functionally across sales, marketing and development teams
- Monitor our existing tech integrations to ensure quality, consistency, compliance
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of demonstrated product or technology sales development experience
- Tech savvy with strong communication skills
- Active listening skills and demonstrated client service experience
- Prior experience selling software, SAAS and/or HR tech solutions a huge plus
- Understanding of digital and affiliate marketing
- Experience working within compliance oriented environments
- Data driven and experience using Google Analytics
- Experience with agile project management tools
- Interest or prior experience building or supporting a website is a big plus
