Sr. Systems Admin at Guidepoint (New York, NY)

Overview:

Guidepoint's Information Technology (IT) team provides the structure for all departments within the company and all offices across the globe to operate smoothly. As Guidepoint continues to grow, IT constantly manages and updates workflows to continue to provide functionality and facilitate the flow of information. The IT Operations team is taking on challenges to improve our support and delivery to optimize the seamless experience for our users. As an IT Support Administrator, you'll help to work on supporting our users in a highly collaborative team environment. What You'll Do:

• Senior Server Administration:  Citrix, O365/Sharepoint/Intune/Azure AD.


• Server Operations (Windows/Linux);  Hardware is a plus.


• Virtualization Technologies Citrix XenDesktop,  Citrix Cloud, Azure Cloud


• General Networking knowledge.


• Maintain a knowledge base, documentation and administration procedures.


• Research and study new technologies.

What You Have:

• 5+ years experience in a Sys Admin role


• Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix Cloud; Management and Administration.


• Windows 10, Server 2016, Office 365, Sharepoint Online, Azure AD, Azure Cloud experience.


• TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, Active Directory, etc.


• Server Hardware knowledge.


• Desktop applications such as MS-Office, Firefox, etc.
