Java Developer at Galaxy I Technologies INC (Dallas, TX)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Role: Sr. Java Developer

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 1 year open-ended Contract

Required Skills :

Must have:

- Sr. level Java experience

This team is working on scaling up their current applications.

Looking for:

-          A senior developer

-          Someone who is very self-driven and does not need much guidance

-          Very collaborative team, so the Senior devs are expected to help the Junior devs design solutions

Must have:

-          Java

-          REST, or SOAP (prefer REST)

o   Must have experience both developing and consuming web services

-          XML

-          JSON

-          JMS

-          Spring

-          Hibernate

Nice to have:

-          Cloud experience (AWS or Azure will translate)

-          Previous experience with upgrading and scaling up applications

-          UI experience (already have a UI team within Titan, so not required)
