Job Description
The Oracle Cloud Analyst will act as System Analyst for all financial applications. This is a functional or hybrid role.
Responsibilities:

Functional design and deep understanding of General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Projects billing and costing, Cash Management, procure to Pay (P2P).

Help and lead in documentation of business requirements, functional design, testing of functionality, creating mapping documents of legacy and new systems.

Involved in mapping business requirements to the base product functionality to present a product fit. Lead complex functional analysis and review the solution overview, functional designs, technical designs, configuration within the project. Overall contributor to deliver a fully-functioning solution to the business.

Design and develop reporting solutions using BI publisher (BIP), Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI), Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), Smart View and BI cloud service (BICS). Deliver analytic dashboards, alerts and scheduled jobs for security audits, risk assessment, sensitive data accessibility and expense and payables related transaction anomalies.

Execute data conversion activities, perform deep dive sessions to map legacy data with Oracle FBDI (File Based Data Integrator) and HDL (HCM Data Loader) templates. Prepare comprehensive data mappings sheets to ensure business continuity post go-live. Lead data conversion team and responsible for high volume data conversion execution on time for successful go-lives.

Perform feasibility analysis on future potential project efforts and technology roadmaps. Investigate benefits and drawbacks of innovative strategies, technologies, processes and products. Present strategies, technical research, architecture and best practices at internal technical conferences.

Provide help in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping practical business solutions, identifying and consulting on business process transformation, optimization and best-practice initiatives, testing, training, managing go-live and system cutovers, defining support procedures.

Help with cut-over activities: Define security roles, user creation, configuration, code migration, data conversion execution for INT, UAT and go-live milestones.
Requirements and Qualifications:

1+ years of experience with Oracle Financial cloud (aka Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials), procurement cloud and overall 3+ years of deep experience in corporate finance area.
