Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:· Must have: 4+ years of strong Java/ J2EE experience –
· Must have: Strong Object Oriented Design concepts
· Must have: High performance software development in Java
· Must have: Knowledge of Junit and other unit testing and debugging tools for Java.
· Must have: API Design and REST Web Services
· Must have: Working knowledge of the Unix/Linux platform
· Highly Desired: Experience working with cloud native technologies and high scalability
· Highly Desired: Experience in kubernetes, stream processing - flink, beam, message queue – kafka, databases – mongodb, elastic search, influxdb, notification systems like Prometheus
· Highly Desired: Experience working in Agile scrum teams
· Highly Desired: Experience working with Git, Jenkins, Gerrit. Highly Desired: TCP/IP networking fundamentals and protocols, Cloud Software services, virtualization technologies
