In this position, you’ll potentially get to grow into a Sr. Manager role soon but you’ll start off mentoring junior developers right away. If you want to get your foot in the door with leadership, you’re in the right place. As long as you have 5+ years of Python experience and experience with JavaScript, API development, and possibly AWS, React/Redux, NodeJS, or Microservices you’ll be able to develop the backend of their essential web databases and create new systems. Test and maintain their existing core systems, build new features with the product and design teams, and work heavily with APIs as you increase the company’s bandwidth on the back end. When you’re in the office, you can bring your dog and bring your bike but you won’t need to bring your own snacks because they provide unlimited free snacks and drinks.
