Summary:

The InfoArmor Senior Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for for the administration and operation of the firms Infrastructure. This role requires an in depth knowledge of Active Directory, Federation, Windows Server, IIS, VMware ESX, Windows security, Citrix, and related technologies. Candidate must be a self-starter, and demonstrate experience managing projects to completion. Candidate must be self-motivated and well organized, and must have strong communications skills. This position may require some work beyond traditional business hours.

What you will do:

Develop processes and procedures to ensure managed environments maintain the highest levels of availability, security, and quality
Follow all set procedures and policies pertaining to the Change Management system
Develop capacity forecasts for managed environments that are proactive and prevent problems prior to outages
Design and implement highly available, fault tolerant systems utilizing VMware
Manage "crisis situations" to a satisfactory conclusion
Provide guidance on topics broadly related to information security risk and compliance
Serve as escalation point and provide troubleshooting guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems
Build process and technology to streamline the reporting and prioritization of identified weaknesses.

What you will need:
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience supporting a Windows server environment
Significant experience with Windows operating systems scripting and troubleshooting as well as experience with user and security administration in the Windows environment and implementation of backup/restore and disaster and recovery strategies
Expert experience with maintenance and administration of VMware virtualized systems
Expert experience with maintenance and administration of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
Strong Power Shell scripting experience as well as operational responsibility over the Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, DHCP and PKI services
Knowledge of Kerberos, LDAP, Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, DHCP and GPO's in a Windows Server environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral
Effective communication skills for relaying business and technical information to audiences with varying backgrounds including offshore teams and technical development teams
Ability to effectively plan, facilitate, and participate in meetings with employees from all organizational levels
Effective use of teamwork to contribute to a high-morale/high-performance team culture, leading by example
Strong skills in prioritization and reprioritization to react to a dynamic environment
