Job Description
The Security and compliance manager is responsible to support the Cloud program on all security related topics. This contains architecture review, support audit programs and processes.
Definition of security components and layers. Define security matter processes Will act as the security officer for all hsm (hardware security model) related topics, Act as a QSA for preparing PCI DSS audits. Will discuss all related topics with internal and external security people
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

• Reporting to the CoE Vynamic cloud solution manager
• Primary internal interfaces : Solution CoE, R&D, MS, GRS, Sales, PS, Security
• External interfaces: Customers, audit companies, Cloud providers, Vendors of technology tools
  

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

• To work with the Security, Risk & Compliance Manager to ensure that all applicable Global Standards are applied and enforced as well as with external service providers as applicable.
• To support the Security, Risk & Compliance Manager and the support teams to provide customers with regulatory compliance information and guidance and audit support
• To ensure that governance and audit of controls required for compliance
• To be responsible for the daily operation and management of the Security Technologies and Controls.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications

• 5 year experience in a Security operational related job
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Cloud / SaaS experience
• PCI DSS or QSA experience (PreferableQSA certified)
• Deep knowledge on security regulation
• Network and cloud security
• Experience in audit processes
• Experience in handling HSM hardware systems
• Able to change and adapt existing security processes and guidelines to cloud and SaaS
• Act as the security matter expert for all cloud integration
• Perform and support official security audits
• Define security guidelines for the cloud program
• Ability to travel 40-50% of the time
