We are currently recruiting for the following position for our direct client: Datacenter Senior Architect. Local to the Philadelphia area is required.

  • Job Description:
  • Here are the 8 primary responsibilities:
  • 1) Datacenter Application Migration Security Architecture (approximately 500 business applications)
  • Define security requirements for the migration of core business applications into the new data center.
  • 2) Platform Security Architecture
  • Active directory, DNS, backup solution, cloud, CASB, Microsoft Office 365. Define the logical and physical software architecture that is needed to provide for the enforcement of enterprise wide security policies, as they are embodied within a system that is placed in between the users (consumers) of cloud based service offerings, and the providers of these products, whether they be PAAS, IAAF, or SAAS services
  • 3) Design and deliver new PCI environment design
  • 4) New Hadoop environment design
  • Design the security architecture for a big data environment that will be deployed within the new data center, which will incorporate data storage, distributed computations and analytics
  • 5) Security Architect and design - Software Define Network (full stack security development experience)
  • Contribute to the development of a reference architecture for the new data center, that would be needed to address cyber vulnerabilities and information security risks, exposed by software libraries and tools that are used to dynamically create and deploy "virtual networks"
  • 6) Self service and automation architecture and design
  • Architect and design a self-service portal by which consumers of data center resources can request, then automatically create virtual resources such as networks and machines
  • 7) Help engineering team design and implement Network Layer data security and Application to Application data flow security controls
  • Contribute to the design of a broader solution that will ensure that all devices, applications and users are secure at the network and protocol, layers, as well as create a viable solutions for securing data while it is "in transit" through the network itself
  • 8) Implementation design for Intranet WAF (F5 layers)
  • Design and drive the implementation of the F5's security offerings, including their Web Application Firewall, used to protect web based applications, as well as their Access Policy Manager, which will provide unified secure global access to our network, cloud infrastructure, and applications
