  • Windows 7/10

  • Symantec Endpoint Protection

  • SCCM

  • Apple Products (MAC, iPhone, iPad) + DEP

  • AirWatch MDM

  • CrashPlan

  • SaaS-based VoIP systems (RingCentral)

  • Wireless Technologies

  • LAN - Networking Fundamentals

  • Large End User deployments

  • Licensing Agreements

  • Vendor Management


Qualifications, Training, and Experience:


  • Associates degree in MIS or related work experience.

  • CompTIA A+, MCP, MSDST or similar.

  • Knowledge in all versions of Windows OSes + SCCM

  • Working knowledge of information technology user support processes is preferred including help desk, desktop support, asset management, procurement, and user training.

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, phone, and verbal / written communications skills are required. Ability to perform in a complex organizational environment involving local and remote personnel is a must.

  • The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities is essential.

  • Dependability, organizational skills, and punctuality are critical for this position.
