SR. TECH PROGRAM MANAGER at Amazon (Irvine, CA)

Join the F3 (Fresh, Food, Fast) organization and play a key role in building the future of grocery shopping for customers worldwide. This Sr. Technical Program Manager role is ideal for an experienced TPM with a passion for creating great customer experiences (CX). In this role, you will have visibility across the organization; you will be responsible for managing some of the highest level priorities of the F3 Grocery Re-Invention (GRIT) team and coordinating features across multiple technical teams. The F3 GRIT team delivers an effortless and fun experience for customers to shop grocery and discover products that meet their everyday needs and lifestyle goals.

The successful candidate will possess a strong program management background, will have demonstrated experience leading large, cross-team projects and have a well rounded technical background. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are adept at developing and driving high-level strategic initiatives, but you can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. As a Sr. TPM, you will identify dependencies, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.
