Job Description :

- Should have at least 6 to 7 years of experience in Java

- Should have worked as a coder as well as a team leader

- Should have handled a team of 7 to 8 people for a minimum 4 years

- Should have worked with the financial sector company as a Java coder for 4 years (Must Have)

- Looking for only female candidates

- If a candidate is not from Bangalore she should be ready to relocate

- Candidate should have done their BE from IIT

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in engineering

- Experience in software development, including a clear understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design, and core programming concepts

- Comfortable multi-tasking, managing multiple stakeholders and working as part of a team

- Excellent communication skills including experience speaking to technical and business audiences and working globally

- Expertise and strong programming experience in Core Java, Design patterns

- In-depth knowledge of relational and columnar SQL databases, including database design

- Can apply an entrepreneurial approach and passion for problem-solving and product development

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Currently has hands-on programming experience
