The Full Stack Developer is responsible for all phases and aspects of front and back-end web development.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Creating end-to-end technology solutions that drive massive business impact

• Deliver stable features at a high velocity while ensuring business continuity

• Diagnose incidents and effectively communicate cause and mitigations

• Learn quickly and adapt to the needs of our growth and rapidly evolving business environment

Experience & Skill Requirements:

. In order of priority for language experience is Python => Ruby => Javascript => Java

• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in software engineering

• Professional experience building Python applications

• Professional experience building web applications with a strong grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MVC architectures. Ruby and Java experience also helpful.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and RDBMS modeling / performance best practices

• Exposure to building high-scale web application architectures (distributed systems, efficient algorithms, cloud architectures)

• Strong CS fundamentals

What We Like To See / Measures of Success:

• Building Single Page Apps / working with React/Redux a plus

• Exposure to building responsive web applications

• Excellent attention to detail and some design sensibilities

• Comfortable developing in a Linux environment

• A desire to learn new technologies and frameworks

• A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and without full direction
