Mason is looking for a skilled software developer to contribute enhancements and new features to our eCommerce platform. The successful candidate will contribute by enhancing and adding new functionality to a website used by thousands of end users every day.
What you will do at WB Mason
- Full stack development of features in our eCommerce platform, with technologies including:
- HTML/CSS
- ASP.NET: C#, Web Forms, Web API
- Dynamics AX
- MSSQL
- Javascript libraries/frameworks – Angular (1 – 5), React, Jquery
- Contribute to the group and organization by engaging and producing work with our development team and business analysts
- Stay current with, identify, and recommend emerging technologies and frameworks
- Adhere to and help define coding best practices within the organization
Basic Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years professional experience with front end technologies such as HTML, Javascript, CSS
- 3+ years professional experience with database technologies
- 3+ years professional experience with Object-Oriented Programming in at least one language such as C#, Java, C++, Ruby
- Knowledge of basic Computer Science concepts - data structures, OO design, problem solving, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the Microsoft technology stack
- .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API)
- Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and functions
- Experience successfully delivering products and features to high-traffic web applications
- Experience with Test-Driven Development
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
