Sr. Manager, Identity Access Management
Job Summary
Oversees access to the technology architecture for multiple delivery channels with focus on consistency, reusability, and integration of a substantial product portfolio. Provides overall direction and effectively supports the access needs of the business strategy. Must be able to troubleshoot aspects of AD access issues and authorization assignments. Leads the development of automated processes in the A/D environments and oversees all activities relating to provisioning process in AD environments. May serve internal or external clients.
Responsibilities:
· Lead a team in US and US-India whos responsibilities include provisioning access across multiple domains, unlocking service accounts, creation and modification of user accounts, service accounts, BOT accounts, application accounts, elevated user accounts, security groups, etc. all within the Active Directory (AD) environment across multiple domains.
· Partner with business analysts, systems analysts and engineers to define and review all access and provisioning requirements. Advises and consults senior leadership on benefits, and implementation of access and provisioning solutions.
· Recommend changes in process, policies, and standards as they relate to access and provisioning principles and operations.
· Provide technical leadership on various business and enterprise applications. Work with architecture, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure processes that support the access management services requirements can be operationalized and still meet our controls requirements.
· Serve as a key stakeholder in the development of enterprise level access and provisioning solutions that integrate across applications, systems and platforms.
· May manage relationship with outside vendors.
· Direct Access Management Services Team in assisting and providing evidence for audit related requests.
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
