Responsibilities

The Managed Services Organization (MSO) Lead will be responsible for leading the delivery of Managed Services Provider (MSP) solutions and deliverables within the Global Service Management Center of Excellence (COE) Architecture team.

 

This role is responsible for directing the activities to deploy MSP capabilities worldwide to enable internal customer Functions to support their client facing products and service offerings.
* Lead the deployment of MSP governance, process, and technology capabilities to ensure optimal delivery of Managed Services that meet or exceeds customer expectations, SLAs, and ensures timely resolution of issues.
* Collaboratively works within and across business functions to help identify and resolve customer issues and communicate outcome and any follow-on actions.
* Acts as point of escalation for MSP related issues. Coordinates and communicates hand-off to appropriate resources.
* Facilitates governance to resolve matters involving cross function changes that require shared agreement by multiple business functions.
* Identifies and manages performance metrics in support of achieving MSO goals and organizational strategies.
* Consistently leads sharing of MSO best practices across the organization.
* Endorses a culture of teamwork, respect, opportunity and great customer service.
