Our client in the Atlanta area is seeking a Director of Statistical Modeling to lead a team that will be developing scores and analytic products for their clients in the insurance industry. This group will work closely with other internal teams to develop best in class products and deliver statistical analytics of the highest caliber. You will also work closely with the sales organization to deliver results and present analytics as necessary. Strong leadership skills and business acumen is crucial to the success of this role.
Requirements:
Graduate degree in a quantitative field.
At least 10 years of experience in analytics.
At least 2 years of people management experience.
Experience with SAS, R, Python or equivalent analytic software.
Previous experience in an analytical leadership role as well as the ability to think strategically.
Thorough understanding of statistical methodologies including linear regression, logistic regression, CHAID/CART and neural networks.
Salary range up to mid-$100's on base + bonus. Great benefits.
