Chartwell Retirement Residences, health care service provider is looking to hire a Techno-Functional Oracle HCM Consultant for an initial 6 month contract, based in Mississauga.
Your new role
Reporting to the Director HCM Systems, this role will have primary systems ownership of the People and Payroll Systems. He/she will be responsible for ensuring that these systems are rolled out and functioning as expected and meeting the end-users needs. They will provide technical leadership on implementing and maintaining Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM applications and any relative solution design, business process analysis, and system integration.
You will be responsible for driving the implementation project across multiple sites:
* Leading development, implementation and migration activities;
* Researching and resolving functional and technical issues;
* You will act as Consultant/Project Manager to oversee the roll out the application ensuring that it launches correctly and meeting deadlines
* Reviewing, troubleshooting, resolving or escalating system errors and issues to the system vendor;
* Performing user access and role provisioning related tasks;
* Maintaining data integrity in systems through routine data audits and validation;
* Participating in or providing supporting data in support of external and internal audits, as required;
* Assisting in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs;
* Planning, testing and implementation of People and Payroll system upgrades or patches;
* Providing support when needed to the Project team during upgrades and enhancements;
* Strict adherence to documentation standards for all incidents;
* Strict adherence to all IT general controls, supporting compliance reporting and directly participating in a disciplined incident management framework as it relates to the support of our Clients' People and Payroll Systems;
What you'll need to succeed
Handling of escalated tickets from the People and At Your Service teams as required The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of seven (7) years in implementing and supporting Tier 1 Human Capital Management in a SaaS environment;
* Experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM including detailed technical experience in at least one of the HCM modules including: HR core, Benefits, Payroll and compensation.
* Experience with the business processes in HCM modules including: Payroll, HR Core, Benefits, Self Service, and Compensation;
* Demonstrated experience providing end-user business process and functional how-to support of Human Capital Management systems;
* Post-Secondary Diploma or University Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Payroll/HR;
* ITIL certification or applied knowledge an asset;
* Ability to work with various stakeholders;
