Experians Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions team is looking for three highly motivated undergraduates to participate in the Experian Internship Program. This highly competitive 12-week program offers hands-on experience into the world of venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, strategy and competitive intelligence. Throughout the program, you will be engaged in a project and end with a final presentation to the Chief Investment Officer. This experience is guaranteed to help build your resume and prepare you for a future in corporate strategy or finance.

Throughout the program, you will be exposed to:
* Experians portfolio of business and strategic priorities
* Introduction to strategic negotiation
* Components of a deal acquisitions, divestitures and minority investments
* Due diligence across multiple functional areas
* Preparation of evaluation materials for review by senior management and Board of Directors
* Detailed research and analysis of markets and companies
