Your Mission
You’ll be responsible for establishing Propeller’s mobile presence and developing apps to power our next generation of worksite solutions.
Our platform is web-based, but our customers are in the field—you’ll help us take Propeller out of the office and onto the worksite.
You’ll be helping transform the way worksites all over the globe use drone data. You'll play a critical role in a rapidly growing high-tech startup, solving real problems every day—and having fun while you're at it.

About You
You’re excited about bringing something to life. You’ve got the creativity, smarts, and diligence it takes to bring a world-class application from paper spec to production.
You make good calls about the user experience—as well as having the coding chops to bring that to life.
You’ll be working in a small team with a product lead and an embedded systems engineer to set the foundations and direction for a keystone technology. You’ll be working across the stack of some of Propeller’s most exciting products—both with drones and connected devices in the field—to help keep Propeller at the forefront of this industry.
In addition to being a mobile expert, we’re especially looking for people with experience in back end development.
Your Skills
- Experience leading the development of mobile apps.
- Advanced Python/Node.js back end development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent collaborative skills and ability to be part of a close-knit but globally spread-out team.
- Bonus: React Native experience; GIS expertise.
