Corporate Counsel at Experian Limited (Costa Mesa, CA)

Experian is looking for a team-oriented attorney with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience for an in-house counsel position. The position will primarily provide legal support for Experian North Americas credit bureau business.

* The position will work out of Experians North American headquarters, located in Costa Mesa, California, and will report to an Experian Legal VP. 
* The position will have responsibility for providing legal support to Experian North America Credit Services Business, including the Experian consumer reporting agency.  
* One of the critical responsibilities for this position will be to provide regulatory advice relating to consumer financial protection laws such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and negotiating and drafting commercial agreements. 
* Specific experience in providing regulatory advice and drafting complex commercial agreements is important, but more important the successful candidate will demonstrate through prior experience an ability to adapt to the requirements of the role.
