We’re looking for a User Experience Designer for a fulltime career opportunity in our Gulf Breeze, Florida or Atlanta, Georgia offices. This challenging, technical position will be on our User Experience team which is responsible for all user experience concerns across the AppRiver application landscape. Responsibilities for the position will include enhancing and maintaining the current user experience in all our user interfaces. Expectations for the position include communicating with feature teams and other stakeholders to ensure user experience requirements are met while maintaining consistency across all user interfaces. You can anticipate working with new, modern, cutting edge technologies while being given the latitude and ownership to forge needed design enhancements for the Enterprise. Not to mention, you’ll also be working closely with some wicked-smart people! What we are looking for:



  • 3+ years of design / user interface design experience

  • HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript experience is a must

  • Angular, TypeScript and C# experience would be great

  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills

  • Maturity to accept feedback and constructive criticism while guiding and negotiating design solutions

  • Ability to quickly understand and absorb business requirements while being able to identify and effectively communicate any technical limitations

  • Experience in standard UX software such as Sketch, Webflow, InVision, Axure, Balsamiq, Framer and the like

  • Broad knowledge and experience implementing Responsive Designs

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns

  • Ability to iterate and synthesize designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently with a team of people

  • Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design
