Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic graduate or someone in the early years of their IT career with a passion to learn and improve to work as the security learning and compliance position for a passionate, diligent security and compliance team. Your primary role is to undertake responsibilities for the company's security awareness program and assist with compliance matters within the risk and compliance team.

The tasks of this role will include team project coordination, task/duty management. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated, diligent and trustworthy.

The Security Learning & Compliance Administrator ensures smooth running of the team's compliance and training program, work load and task tracking, project coordination and various issues.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise proficiently within team and across the wider business units
  • Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Produce training materials for in-house courses
  • Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
  • Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
  • Assist with compliance matters such as not limited to PCI/SOX for the Risk and Compliance team
  • Gather both learning and compliance metrics using data to drive improvements


Requirements
  • Advise on solutions to mitigate data protection and PCI compliance risks
  • Innovative/creative enough to have continued delivery of improved awareness edge
  • Coordinate all IT aspects of SOX external / internal reviews and audits
  • Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory and Thai desirable
  • Already living in Thailand preferred, although opened to all nationalities
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, project coordination or relevant role
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • Good understanding of IT concepts and terms
  • Good understanding of security concepts and terms
  • Experience with investigation process
  • Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint and Excel)
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Critical thinking and decision making
  • Articulate and confident standing up and delivering to large audiences
  • BS (IT) or relevant field
