VertMarkets’ developers aren’t confined to one component of the development process. You’ll be involved in projects from idea conception to implementation. While working on new projects, you’ll also support and enhance 15+ current applications resolving issues as they arise. You'll get to architect and develop new desktop and web applications and write unit tests for new code developed. In addition, you’ll get to work with state-of-the-art code and open-source tools. Our small, focused development team provides the right environment for you to continue to learn and build your career.

Skills & Requirements
The "Need to Haves"
In addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems, candidates must have the following core skills and experience:
- At least 4 years of experience with ASP.Net, C#
- At least 4 years of experience with databases, preferably Sql Server 2005 or 2008
- 4+ years of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- At least 1 year of experience with NoSql database
- At least 1 year of experience with any SPA - Angular/AngularJS/React, etc.
- Source control system experience
- Problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of n-tier and OOP
Bonus Points
The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of these technologies, but more importantly, have the desire to learn and eventually master the rest.
