Hinge Health offers digital delivery of best-practice care for chronic musculoskeletal (MSK) pain without resorting to drugs or surgery. We accomplish this through a program based on three core pillars: exercise therapy, coaching & lifestyle, and education. Exercise is tracked through an Android app and wearable sensors, and a personal health coach adds vital support and motivation.

Our engineering team is currently 12 strong and we're expected to double in size in the next 6 months.
We are looking for engineers who understand React and can see why it’s one of the best ways to do UI programming today. Our latest SPA is written using Typescript and Redux – while we don’t require experience with either technology it’s a huge plus if you already understand them. Any prior mobile app development experience with React Native, Obj-C, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or Cordova is a big plus but not essential.
Our team is led by people who truly care about doing right by the world, and inhumane practices of all kinds are verboten. In addition, we stand strongly by good engineering principles, so concepts like linting and testing are given due respect. Those who enjoy the fundamentals of computer science like the judicious use of data structures, FP and algorithms will thrive here.
