We are currently looking to hire a


Deputy Director, Backend Service Application Development, working in Munich, Germany

This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow a highly innovative and experienced development team.

  • Provide technical leadership by both producing exemplary code as well as assisting team members with programming challenges
  • Develop architectural blueprints and implementation guidelines
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes
  • Establish quality control procedures


As the Deputy Director is a highly important position within our company, just one report below the Board of Directors, we are searching for a unique individual with an exceptional profile:

  • Masters or Doctorate in Information Technology
  • At least five years of experience in developing software and managing projects using agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, C++/object-oriented programming, SQL, security and open source technologies
  • Familiarity with VOIP (SIP) and streaming technologies
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English
