As a Product Owner - Software, you’ll be part of our technology team reporting to our Head of Product Management– Software. Your task will be to set the direction for our Agile Software development team contributing to PAAS - Everon solution, a next generation global, scalable and multi-tenant e-mobility cloud platform which enables businesses to manage and operate their EV-charging infrastructure; all in a technology landscape of Cloud Computing, IoT, Machine Learning and Big data.
Work with different teams to rapidly develop product increments, potentially launching them into minimally viable products.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Work closely with our Product Management team to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Assess value, develop cases, prioritize and translate business requirements into functional designs for Features and User Stories
- Provide context, detail and refinement on Features and User Stories to the development team
- Close cooperation with UX/UI designers to deliver world class, user friendly and intuitive omni-channel solutions
- Apply Design Thinking to develop a deep understanding of the people using our software
- Provide iteration planning and manage expectations for delivery of new functionalities
Skills/background required:
- Relevant Bachelor/Master degree
- Strong relevant work experience as a Product Owner/Project Manager in an agile environment
- Proven experience in gathering and transforming business requirements into a successful product -strategy including planning, creating product roadmap and releasing subsequent version of software products
- Experience in software architectures and cloud computing
- Experience in applying Design Thinking or similar
- Experience in applying Agile or Lean Principles Experience in high-level business discussions
- Strong project management and planning skills
